We provide the optimal cleanliness grade suited to each application by establishing a total solution system that covers planning, design, manufacturing, construction, TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing), and service.
With advancements in semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, and precision industries, there is an increasing demand for higher precision, miniaturization, high quality, and high reliability of products. Airborne particles in the indoor environment can adhere to products during manufacturing, causing defects and negatively impacting the production of products suitable for their intended purpose. This, in turn, has a significant impact on product reliability and yield rates. It is essential to maintain a clean environment that meets the required environmental conditions for the production process.
A controlled space designed to prevent contamination caused by biological particles such as bacteria and mold. Pharmaceutical (GMP), sterile operating rooms in hospitals, animal testing laboratories (GLP), food processing plants, and hospital surgical rooms require an environment close to sterility. This near-sterile state can be achieved using high-performance filters.
Consists of indoor and outdoor sections, controlling the dry-bulb temperature and wet-bulb temperature of each test room. It measures the leaving air temperature, differential pressure, and power consumption of the test product. All test-related data can be monitored through communication with measuring instruments.
[Manufacturing Standards]
To maintain cleanliness in a cleanroom, personnel entry, material transfer, and differential pressure control are managed. Various equipment such as air handling units (AHU), air showers, pass boxes, clean units, relief dampers, FFUs, and BFUs are installed and operated to ensure cleanliness.
