By utilizing an exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger, the system significantly reduces energy costs while ensuring stable operation.

A low-speed rotating aluminum foil coated with silica gel facilitates sensible and latent heat exchange between indoor air and outdoor ventilation air, reducing energy consumption.
* An optional AI deep learning rotation control function can be added to enhance efficiency.

Thin aluminum plates are stacked at precise intervals, forming an alternating dual-layered structure that guides the supply and exhaust air along different contact surfaces. This direct heat transfer mechanism allows the exchanger to absorb and transfer heat efficiently, facilitating sensible heat exchange between indoor air and ventilation air while reducing energy consumption. 

The heat exchanger unit can be used in various module combinations, including fan modules, filter modules, and more.

The plate heat exchanger is made of salt-resistant aluminum, providing excellent corrosion resistance while recovering heat from exhaust air inside the air handling unit (AHU) to improve energy efficiency. Additionally, its airtight leak prevention structure ensures no cross-contamination of air, and it is AHRI-certified in the United States.
